તાપીનો ફોટો જોઈને એક વાર ભર વરસાદમાં હોપપુલ પર ઊભા રહેવાનો (રેઈનકોટ વગર) પ્રયોગ કરેલો એ યાદ આવી ગયું.

પ્રિય વિવેકભાઇ, તમારી રચનાને સરાહવા માટે તમારા જ શબ્દોનાં થોડાં શ્વાસો હવે તો તમારી પાસે જ ઉધાર લેવા પડશે શું?!! …કારણકે અમે તો એકદમ કંગાળ થઇ ગયા છે !!

કર્ણ અને મહાભારતના યુધ્ધમાં અંતે ખૂંપી ગયેલા તેના રથના પૈડા તરફનો આ અંગુલીનિર્દેશ બહુ જ ગમ્યો.
શબ્દ ન હોય તો શ્વાસ પણ કર્ણની જેમ ગુડાય.
વાહ! તમારી શબ્દપ્રીતને લાખો સલામ.
