ખુલ્લા મને વિહરતાં હોઈએ ને અચાનક કોઈક નવ જોયેલું ફૂલ દેખાઈ આવે ને જે આશ્ચર્ય ને આનંદ થાય એમ આ ગીત વાંચતાં વાંચતાં ગીતની કોઈ નવી જ દિશા ખૂલી હોય એમ લાગ્યું…

On another topic, we have organized our Biennial Gujarati Poetry Festival at University of Florida during Nov 1-2, 2014. Will you be planning a trip to USA around that time or if you know any other poet visiting this country at that time? Please let me know. જાણ છે મને કે મારા ગીત અને ગઝલો છે તારા રૂદિયે વસ્યા પ્રાણ,
તારી નિત નિત નવી રચનાની માંગથી યે હું નથી લગરિક અણજાણ;
બોલે છે કો’ક જ્યાં હું કાગળ-પેન પકડું છું – वो ही धनुष, वो ही बाण,
તાણી જાય વાયરો ગોરંભો એમ કોઈ મારા લખવાના ઓધાન લૂંટે,
હું ઝાડ નથી કે રોજ પાન ફૂટે !

vah તાણી જાય વાયરો ગોરંભો એમ કોઈ મારા લખવાના ઓધાન લૂંટે,….. sundar … maja padi gai.. aato ek laheko sambhday evu lakhyu che… હું ઝાડ નથી ……….કે……… રોજ પાન ફૂટે !
