આ તો હતી ફકત શ્રદ્ધા અકળમાં !
ગુરૂ અને વેદાન્તના વાક્યોમાં વિશ્વાસ રાખવો એ શ્રદ્ધા છે.
ઉપનિષદ વેદાન્ત ગ્રંથ છે. એના વચન સ્વતઃ પ્રમાણ છે. તે નિર્ભ્રાંત સત્ય (ભ્રમિત ન કરે એવા સત્ય) નું નિરૂપણ કરે છે. ગુરૂએ સત્યતાનો અનુભવ એમના વ્યાવહારિક જીવનમાં કર્યો છે. તેથી ગુરૂ શીષ્યની સામે એજ સત્યનું પ્રતિપાદન કરે છે. આ બન્ને વચનોને સત્ય સ્વીકાર કરવું એજ શ્રદ્ધા છે. આજ આધારે સાધક સ્વયં પણ એજ સત્યનું સાક્ષાત્કાર કરવા માટે પોતાનું જીવન અર્પિત કરી દે છે
